Statements of Happiness

I was such a smart person in 8th grade...

Statements of Happiness
Happiness is good times, laughing, talking, and joking
A ray of sunlight on a cloudy day.
A light in the darkness that brings hope.
A falling star to wish on.

Happiness is freedom, thinking, living, and smiling
A smile from a stranger.
A note passed to you in class.
A time when you're doing what you want

Happiness is friends, laughing, encouraging, joking
A phone call from a friend.
A favorite song on the radio.
A favorite smell coming from the kitchen.

Happiness is peace, no wars, no fights, no deaths
A breeze on a hot summer day.
An easy assignment in math class.
A short line in the cafeteria.

Happiness if fun times, running, reading, teasing.
A pat on the back.
A question answered right.
A soda being drank in the sun.

Happiness is a goal reached, succeeding, accomplishing, and winning.
A dog licking your hand and wagging his tail
A lucky penny found on the ground
An enemy saying you're a new friend.
